And there were made on them, on the doors of the temple, cherubims and palm trees, like as were made upon the walls; and there were thick planks upon the face of the porch without. (Ezekiel 41:25)

Also there were carved on them, on the doors of the nave, cherubim and palm trees like those carved on the walls; and there was a threshold of wood on the front of the porch outside. (Ezekiel 41:25 — NASB)

In fact, in front of the doors to the Tabernacle there should be a wooden beam made from fig wood.

Why wooden beam must lie in front of the door? This is a warning sign, like a barrier: look where you are going!

In the prophecy of Ezekiel, it is not written about the type of wood from which a wooden beam is to be made, therefore this is my suggestion.
